Here in Canada this man would have been beaten on the spot by every single person watching, especially if he would have said “do you know who I am, I was sent by the Ottawa Communications department”. Typical communist pig. Pointing and yelling and trying to put shame in parents who were acting responsibly and merely trying to incriminate a grown adult man who asked their 11 year old daughter to walk him to the washroom. Come on… I would have killed this pig. Filthy communist piece of shit!

I can not imagine this 50 years old ruthless government official force a eleven years old girl to the bathroom without her consent. What has some of the Chinese government official has becoming? This nasty, pervert 50 years old Fat government official should deserve a huge punishment. I don’t care if He held a high position in society or not, but his moral value is totally wrong.
