Naked Chinese Girl Attacked By Cantonese Teens

Recently, a very crazy video spread on the internet. In the video, there is a group of young Cantonese teenagers beating up another girl. The “victim” is a young girl who is naked. She looks like she just had sex. Then, she allows a group of girls to slap her and kick her while four boys watch and laugh.

She does not defend herself. She obeys what the group tells her to do. She does not cry.

It is “very yellow, very violent.”

All Chinese BBS forums immediately delete any post that has this video. Right now, the only way to get this video is to ask someone who can share it with you or give you a link to a website with this video file. However, there is news about this video in many places, for example: Huang Qiu Net, Feng Gang Net, and Tianya Forum (all in Chinese).

I got this video two days ago. It is a very “hot” and “controversial” video right now, and a lot of people are talking about it.

I do not know why this happened. Most people do not know why also. There are only rumors.

Girls hit naked girlThe people in the video speak Cantonese, not Putonghua (or Mandarin). What I have read and heard from other people is that these are students from the same school somewhere in Guangdong, China. All of them are friends, like “sisters.” However, one of the girls maybe said something bad about them or did something to betray them. So, they want to teach her a lesson. They find her at an internet bar, take her out, and wanted to beat her. Then, one girl had an idea and asked her guy friends from the same school to meet them at a hotel. They have the four guys have sex with her. Then, they beat her up and humiliate her.

Of course, this is only what I have heard. I do not know if it is true. It is difficult to know what is true or just a lie on the internet because there are so many people.

Another thing someone told me is that a local Guangdong education department official saw this video and notified her superiors. Eventually police arrested six or eight of the people in the video. Also, I do not know if this is true.

    I actually came across this searching for news about the Olympics! I hadn’t heard about this, but I’m curious about finding out more because I’m actually writing a paper about the recent trend in online postings of teen beatings and fights in the U.S. on sites such as youtube – trying to determine what role, if any, the video camera and the knowledge that the event will be viewable by a broader audience has on the actions and behavior of the perpetrators. I am going to have a Chinese friend search the Chinese discussion sites you mentioned but if you could send me the link that would be very helpful. Thank you.

    That is some clip!!!

    In this day and age where we’ve seen “everything” on the internet, very little has the power to shock or move us. While I wouldn’t call the clip “disturbing”, I would say it definately brings out strong feelings of sympathy and concern for the poor girl…. She’s very pretty and that was just terrible what those other girls put her through and we all hope she’s OK that.

    – Not to generalise about any group of people, but one thing we all know about the Chinese… They are TOUGH TOUGH people! With what they’ve gone through in the 20th century (The disaster & famine of Mao’s Great Leap Foward, the Japanese occupation in WWII and numerous other catastrophies), and they got through it all and are strong and prosperous…

    Thanks for the video… while it’s not particularly disturbing or upsetting, it definately brings out strong feelings of empathy for the poor girl. I think I’m gonna be extra nice to everyone today.

    I haven’t seen the video and did not read all the comments (sorry, too many), but could this be something of an S&M thing. I read that it looks like the girl just had sex, she is not crying or showing real emotion, but the fact that there are many against one and there is no ‘sensual’ thing mentioned makes it weird. Can you send me the clip, l would love to see if there is such a thing or if I am totally wrong.

    It’s kind of odd that she would be a “willing” participant. As you said, maybe she wasn’t as willing as submissive? I wonder what she could have done to get these people so mad at her. What they did is pretty serious.

    I don’t think the speculation that they just found her at the bar and dragged her out to the hotel is true. There appears to be continual abuse imposed by the girl group. During the entire event, she did not even attempt to resist. Unless she was completely traumatized during the rape to the point that she isn’t able to resist anymore (which is possible), she should at least have the instinct to attempt to fight back.

    China is very tight-lipped about any kind of deviation from the 标准 (biao zhun). I would be interested in watching this video to see just how devient these children are behaving. Rarely do we see such footage but for those of us who live here as foreigners I don’t think there’s much surprise when we hear of people lashing out. China has an interesting mix of social pressures, norms and expectaions coupled with censorship and supression. The last few generations have been almost entirely single child families. This gives way to a complex dichotomy. On the one hand only-children often have a sense (and this is regularly reinforced by the parents) of being the most important person anywhere they go. Yet, where ever they go they are subject to popular and government pressures to conform . . . or else. I think this video (I can’t be sure until I see it) captures a moment where those involved have reached a point where their angst has just outdone them. Teenage energy is a formitable force and these kids have been restricted from acknowledging their growth into adulthood. The result is often an ugly one.

    while I’ve heard of horror stories from dorms and sorority houses in america, I’ve heard far scarier things about what groups of Chinese women have done to each other in college and other dorm situations (ie: working dorms). not saying that this video is a ‘Chinese’ issue, but its certainly *not* an isolated incident.

    Without seeing the video, it is difficult to form an opinion as to whether the girl in question consented to this treatment (e.g. people may prefer S&M, but the infliction of harm under those circumstances need not be illegal).
    In any case, please email me a copy of this video. I am curious to view it to form a proper judgement and provide additional comments to this very interesting blog.

    Interesting that all you people are still requesting to see the video after reading about its illegal & cruel content.

    What else will you request to see, not because you want to, but “so that you can comment”. The rape of your sister, mother, child? How about the abuse of younger girls?

    The IP addresses of everyone requesting to see it always get automatically logged by the service providers. The authorities will easily trace all you downloaders. Start packing your belongings away. You won’t need them in prison.

    At the very least, you should start to feel shame RIGHT NOW for what you have done. By requesting to view this, you are further contributing to her assault. THINK how you would feel if it were you.

    And “Fauna”, by providing this video to others………well, lets just say that after you leave prison, perhaps your own rape will be distributed on the internet?

    Have seen the video. Am sure that there’s more to this than meets the eye (sic).

    Some details:
    - the guy removing the condom at the start, the condom is still empty (he hasn’t shot), and the condom wrapper is still neatly lying there just to the left of the girl
    - there are several bedsheets spread out on the floor, and at the start of the video 2 of the girls are lying side by side in sleeping positions there; if they’re all staying the night there, was the hotel room rented out just for the purpose of humiliating her?

    More generally, there are several possibilities:
    - the naked girl is a victim purely and simply, the posted stories are true
    - she’s been paid to act
    - they’re all acting
    - she’s on meth / K仔 and couldn’t care less
    - they’re all on meth / K仔 and couldn’t care less
    - the only aggressor is the viewer

    I haven’t seen the video yet, but I was just reading a book about the Cultural Revolution that pointed out that the most die-hard of cadres were mostly high school students. Teenagers often seem too young to know how to go halfway.

    Even though both are related to China, it’s not to bash the Chinese. I wouldn’t be surprised if a large number of the Nazi party were quite young as well, and lord knows the anarchist/nihilist movement seems to have great appeal to youth. There are certainly many other reports from around the world of high school students (and younger) do savage things to each other. They’re immature, and don’t realize that what they’re doing has long term effects, either on themselves or on other people.

    On a much less violent note, there was a series of pictures taken in Taiwan and published on the Internet about some girls in a high school classroom trying to take off the clothes of one of their friends. When the story broke, it made it on the evening news and the front page of newspapers. They didn’t get her fully nude! This video sounds much worse, though.

    Oh, and another thing about her lack of reaction: I was walking though Taipei one afternoon and I saw a fight right outside of an internet cafe. There were three or four boys yell and hitting another boy. They hit him a few times, including in the head, and the boy didn’t do anything. He didn’t run, or even really yell. He just kept talking, like he could explain things. They all seemed to be teenagers, too.

    Violence happens.

    Iif this really true, all of us must think of why it happend, to have measures against such cases in futures.
    If the teenage girls act to their mate like that, they would be future criminals who are so brutal to our society.

    ive been doing recent research on asian girl gang violence and the web trends for asian girl groups to seek out a passive victim and humiliate and abuse her for the five minutes of fame, ive tried to get news topic shows to highlight this trend, but it seems to be of lesser interest, then for instance the polk high girl grop doing semmingly lesser acts on a u.s teen. ive seen the 2 minute video, but not a 7 minute video, i’d like that link. this video is disturbing on many levels. and it’s amazing that this act went unchallenged by the victim after the fact, it took 3 months on the web in china, and a citizen to bring the perpetrators to justice… sad thanks in advance for sending the link on the 7 minute video.

    I would like a copy of this video as well. I’ve seen videos of people getting beaten up in class rooms and not fighting back in Asia (I think it was taiwan). But I’d be interested in seeing this video as I can understand cantonese so I’d want to know what was happening there.

    just watched the video… all i can get from it is how the guy is saying wow they are hitting her hard. I’m not an expert but from what i gather their accent of cantonese it shoudln’t be from guangzhou proper but probably some areas outside of it. Kind of a country accent. It sounds very similar to the cantonese that ethnic chinese in vietnam speak. But again i’m not an expert this is just from what I’m able to understand.

    I wonder if they are from the border regions near vietnam….. The accent is definitely different from Guangzhou and Hong Kong Cantonese.

    It amazes me that you are still saying you are troubled by this, but wish to see the video to “understand it” etc. Ridiculous. Who are you kidding? You saw the naked girl in the censored picture & wanted to see more. The fact that she is being abused only serves to add to the appeal for you.

    As a psychologist I have discovered that destructive behavior by teens is a more complex phenomenon a mere attempt at being mean or vile. On the other hand the victim or the willing participant also has deep emotional and peer approval issues which often lead them to adopt a conciliatory approach.

    I would like to see this video as this would be helpful to me in my field of work. Kindly email this to me. I would also advise, that the face of the “victim” should be blurred in this video.

    The above people have been reported to Gmail & Live.com for requesting to view (possible/claimed) child pornography. Whilst they may think that their email accounts are anonymous, they are not. Every time they log in, they can be located via their IP address. Their IP address can also be traced to this website, confirming that is was them who made the request.

    The authorities will be able to investigate them to see what else they have on their computers. Clearly, they are not really “researchers” as they claim, but even if they were, it is still illegal to request this kind of material. Whether this is a naked child or naked adult being abused is irrelevant. The victim did not want to be seen like this on the internet & YOU ARE ADDING TO THEIR ABUSE.

    The owner of this website can also be prosecuted for distribution, which is a very serious offence.
