Fuxing High School test question leak gate and teacher-student love affair~ information gathering

Ge X: Fuxing High School history teacher and also head of instruction.
Zhang X: Fuxing High School 3rd year female student.
Fuxing High School has 15 Fudan University acceptance spots [one of China's top universities], and the top 15 students who pass a test can receive recommendation letters.
There was a female student with the surname Zhang who normally ranks around 100 but this time she ranked #1.
Someone suspected she did not achieve this on her own, obtained Zhang X’s cell phone through some unknown method, and took pictures of Zhang X and Ge X’s text messages, whose content is ambiguous.
