No problem in America a person of the same gender would walk up wave the wand then on you go. I was very embarrassed when a girl ( maybe 21 years old) motioned me to step up on a stool, raise my arms and spread my legs then proceeded to do a physical pat-down of my body and legs. This is against the law in America and indeed in all developed countries. Only same gender pat-downs are allowed. I complained to the woman supervisor about how this was offensive to males of Western society and she just shrugged like so what? She said in China men can only search men but women can search women and men. To protect a woman's dignity but ignore a man's is shameful. It made a statement to me China treats men like farm animals and as long as this kind of disrespectful thinking is condoned by the government it's easy to understand the how the people in this vid thought it ok to treat this poor girl like a farm animal.
