China, a teacher and mother of a fellow classmate repeatedly hits a 2-year-old girl.

I am already almost at my wit’s end, but I just want to get some justice for my child!!

My daughter is only two and a half years old, and attends Xuzhou City children’s art school [nursery/kindergarten]. On the morning of September 1st, she had a quarrel with another child in her class over a small stool. Allegedly, my daughter scratched that child’s hand. That child’s mother just so happens to be a teacher at the nursery, and when she heard what happened, she rushed over to vent anger for her daughter. That child’s mother, Teacher Chen, then not only shoved but also hit my daughter for 10 minutes, and throughout all of this, all of the other teachers uniformly stood by and did nothing, not a single person going forth to intervene.

After my daughter was hit, the kindergarten teacher even called me and said that my daughter hit bit the other child, and wanted me to take the child that was bitten to go get a rabies vaccination!

After rushing to the school, I had a quarrel with that child’s mother, and only after I had requested during the quarrel to watch the video footage did I learn how my daughter was hit. I no longer want to remember that heartbreaking scene, but I forcefully copied the video recording from the kindergarten, am posting it here, hoping to ask everyone to help me, using legal channels to safeguard our personal rights!

    The parents of this child are cowards, sort it out the way it should be done – either beat the shit out of this bitch and a couple of those teachers or if you can’t find someone who can. You think som trouble for these people is going to change their ways? No way.

    I understand the frustration of the mother. For the scratch (or bite) the daughter will have mental scars that will last her whole life, and physical scars too. If I lived in China I would take a week off, find the lady, and burn down her house (not caring if she was inside or not). She’s lucky I haven’t moved to China yet.
    That teacher is only 27, I know she probably just needs sex but she also needs to loose her house.

    Have your husband go to the school and slap that woman until SHE cries. If he husband gets involved then slap him too. You cannot let this go what if she does this to other children?

    The woman who hit that poor child is clearly someone who has no sense of morality, but having a flesh search is uncalled for. What I’m more worried about is the children… the emotional consequences of the child being hit, as well as the other children’s exposure to the teacher’s bullying. It’s about the children. Not us. Harming this woman, physically or mentally discredits whoever does so as a human being. Can’t you see that you’d drop to her level by doing so? By teaching the young that violence should be treated with violence?
    The parent should be responsible enough to realize that their daughter will look back on this and see how her parents ‘helped’ her. By encouraging others to do things to the teacher, that they can’t or won’t do themselves. Do the right thing and have the teachers involved shamed then fired. Involve the police, or contact the news, so that they can at least spread positive awareness that will help other abused children out there, or prevent further things from happening to others. C’mon now. We’re better than her.

    i really want to find that woman and other people who become an educator for power over children and make them see what it feels like to be cornered and hurt for being nothing else but a child!
    she’s only two years old! and it wouldn’t even matter if she was older, but she’s a student and that is just going way too far to enforce punishment. she’s using anger and that’s never how it should be done.
    i bet she feels really powerful after feeding and growing from that fear from that child. there ARE demons and this is one of them.

    I would like to make a point, Kids are hard to teach, if they are not kept in line from a young age, by the time someone trys,, its to late.

    English and american schools for example, the kids need to go through metal detectors to stop weapons being taken in. Teachers are assaulted and there is nothing they can do.

    In china, we do need corporal punishment in schools. not to the extent of the video shown here. a smack on the hand would do the trick.

    when you are young and you put your hand in fire, it hurts. Do you do it again??? no.

    If you fight another child in class and the teacher hits your hand and shouts at you. do you do it again? no.

    if you fight in class and the teacher tells you, you are bad. do you do it again? yes. there was no punishment so there is no deterrent.

    If someone breaks into you house, steals all your money and goes, then the police catch him and tell him he is bad. would he do it again? yes

    If someone breaks into your house, and steals all your money and goes, then the police catch him. take him to prison, make him work hard for 10 years, use batons to give discipline. would he do it again? only if he is stupid.

      in my mind your opinion reflects exactly what is wrong with your country’s young generations.

      aggression is everywhere, and instead of taking measures to make people into sensible young human beings, you oppress and use violence to keep things in line.

      sooner or later i am affraid your country will fall into civil disobedience and people will let all the anger they have stored inside out on innocent men and women that are just around.

        I am from the uk, so its a bit late there, its already fallen into civil disobedience with a slap on the wrist of almost every crime, hence forth the amount of violent crime on the streets of the uk.

        last new years eve 4 young women went out for some fun, 2 never came home.

        a pregnant women was run over by her own car while she was clearing they ice from the windscreens and some smack head stole her car.

        and the disturbing this is we are not even shocked any more.

            i m not denying the social problems in europe mate.

            but i m saying that there is a more distinct line between right and wrong, whilst in china often the line kind of dissapears….

            i am particularly talking about blind inner rage, more and more seen everywhere.

            i have lived in china for over a decade, and it used to not be like that.

            partly also because of the western influence, and partly because it has become household for people to f.cuk each other over in whatever they do. corruption is booming more than ever, and sooner or later people will revolt.

    Oh my goodness… this made me cry. I can only imagine what the little girl was feeling. And what is this woman doing making her daughter face the little girl while she hit her continuously? It’s a small child’s fight. I would understand if she hit the little girl once on the hand. But to hit and hit her for 10 minutes??? THE KID IS ONLY 2 YEARS OLD!!!!!

    I went to a boy’s boarding school in Hong Kong in early to mid ’70′s in Stanley, St.Steven’s Primary School (2nd grade). I was 8 or 9 years old at the time, born in 1964.
    I was put back a year because of my Cantonese/Chinese inability to write although I spoke it fluently, my father was English and my mother Japanese.
    The Principal was a woman (does anyone know her name 1971-72-73) I have forgotten her name. Probablly a mental block on my part…
    She used to hit me 50-100 times with a wooden paddle almost every day until my hand, my fingers and palm doubled in size.
    She called me into her office many times to beat me, and told me to take my pants off and stand in front of her, while she masterbated behind her desk in the principal’s office, all the while, telling me my penis was stinky and poking my private parts with the hitting paddle (3rd floor next to the biology display room if I remember correctly).
    Her secretary or Vice-Principal should be a witness, she saw what was happening, but turned a blind eye.
    I think she was sexually frustrated, she was pregnant at that time. This went on for a year…
    This is the first time I have told anyone this story which has traumatized me for all my life.
    Please let me know if you know how to contact this criminal woman, if she is still alive. I would like to confront, and forgive her for what she has done in the past to clear my mind of it.

    If it was me: I would go directly to the teacher who had the balls to hit my child, and give her a lesson on putting her hands on someones else child. No one has the right to put their hands on a child who isnt theirs PERIOD! I would give a lil advice to the other woman who stood around and did not step in, and let them know what kind of cold hearted, sacks of shits they are. They can go fuck themselves for entertainment not on my childs expense!

    I don’t have any problem with disciplining a child with a little tap every now and then but this is bullying. The child was allready afraid so there’s no point to continue hitting them. What a lame teacher. She does not diserve the honor of working with cute children.

    This teacher needs to be fired and sued imagine how scared that little boy was when she kept poking at him,what an absolute disgrace to that school and shame on the other teachers my heart goes out to those children watching this unfold and what a lesson to that little girl standing watching this brutal attack on a baby shame on them sue them for anything they might have and take away her licence if she even has one I doubt it just some jerk off the street needing money and hating children
