I’m sure the dogs eyes won’t be good enough to find it, but its nose sure will. in my entire life i have never seen a dog of this age sleep like that. small infant puppies still with their mother yes. a dog that’s about 3-4 months old no way in hell. they probably tried riding him thinking it was some western custom and if they act like a westerner then it will make others jealous or some shit. you can’t stop people from being inhumane to animals that are still inhumane to their own children, but there should at least be some form authority to make sure people don’t do this to personal pets.       I don’t think it’s fair to say they were throwing the dog around. The dog is young, it’s not going to overheat like a full grown husky with a thick coat. Its winter bro- get a clue.

      If your dog was sleeping this hard, you would think its cute to eff with it too.

        As you its a Husky, a Siberian Husky its made for cold weather you retard. Puppies and babies all needs to be handles with care. This is one of the big problems with the chinese culture, everything is toys! You have no concept of taking care of and protecting the young. Just look at people carrying infants and children in cars. Where do they sit? Yes, on the lap om mam in the passenger seat. What happens if you crash or have to break hard? You kill your child.
        Sometimes i think it would be better for this world if it happened, because being brought up by idiots makes you an idiot. An i think this country has enough idiots already.
        People like this should not be allowed to have pets. Nor should they have the possibility to have children. They are not smart enough to raise a child in a sensible way.

          Anyway, regarding you calling Brett a retard for saying the husky pup won’t overheat, you might want to retract your claim as well as your hostility. Husky pups won’t grow a full set of coat until they’re 6 months of age. That one looks about 1 month, 2 at most. Chinese winters are known to be very cold, even indoors, because there is often times no central air conditioning.
          Secondly, “with the chinese culture, everything is toys!”- wtf? I certainly hope you weren’t trying to back up this statement with the sentences it was followed by. Being ignorant does not equal a deliberate lack of care for the child’s welfare.
          Lastly, who are you to judge?

          Actually, I was born in 1972 – but my folks had a stack of Jazz and Motown wax and an old school turntable (oak frame and marble top). My Aunt introduced me to Beatles and the Stones – and stations like WLLZ and WRIF did the rest (Alice Cooper, Bob Segar, Ted Nugent, Grand Funk Railroad, KISS, etc.).

          I figure with the right article – I can spin a track of the MC5′s classic anthem of hard rock “Kick Out the Jams”, or Iggy and Stooges “Search and Destory”.

            And that’s the key thing about this website. The majority of what they post are things that were interesting enough with enough Chinese people to become popular enough to catch their attention. Just like not everyone likes the WWE, you’re not going to like everything or find everything that gets translated and posted here interesting.

            Personally, I thought these videos were cute and gave me a laugh for my day. You may differ. Overall, I think people who come here expecting “news” everyday and especially “news” that they themselves subjectively consider to be “news” have done themselves a disservice for not figuring out what this site is about. I mean, no one is forcing anyone to read this website or pay for this website, right? Doesn’t that sort of complaint make one seem like an ingrate?

        When I was studying chinese in china there was a restaurant in my university some students were curious and ordered dog for dinner, we could see that restaurant’s kitchen at our dorm and the fuckers there didn’t even know how to kill the dog, they were hanging it by the neck while pulling the legs.

        It screamed like a baby……..the process took 30mins….it was agonizing….all they had to do is hit the dog’s nose really hard and that would’ve done it in 2 seconds.

        I myself never ate a dog, but I heard they smell like wet dog from a white friend who did ate one, doesn’t sound too appealing.

        Perhaps holding the babies nose shut so it can’t breathe would be considered abuse? They seem to think that the dog is a toy which is evident by the childish clothes it’s wearing. I’ve seen how you treat animals in China and it’s disgraceful.

          I think you’ve confused playful teasing with abuse. It’s okay, I understand that line is blurred more for some than others, but I think it’d still be a stretch to say the people in the video were intentionally trying to hurt the dog. I’m fairly certain the fad of dressing your dog came from us in the West so does that suggest we treat our dogs as toys too? Some people in China, as elsewhere, treat animals disgracefully, but I’m not sure you should hold so much ire for this particular example of pet owners veritably cherishing and playing with their dog. No, the dog probably doesn’t want to be bothered, but there’s very little sinister intent here to call disgraceful. Doing so cheapens the word. Save your anger for something more clear and meaningful.
