Taiwanese Model Strips Down to Support Her Olympic Team

23-year-old Taiwanese model Huang Shi Ting shows her support for Taiwan for the 2012 London Olympics.

From Apple Daily Taiwan:

The National Flag Can’t Be Removed, Female Model Strips

[Transcription and translation of the above Apple Daily video:

Yeow, are you thinking the flag is a bit in the way?

The London Olympics open tomorrow and the UK's Regent Street Association originally had a flag of the Republic of China hung up that at present, due to pressure from China, has been removed, arousing resentment amongst our countrymen [Taiwanese].

A 23-year-old female model from Hsinchu called Huang Shi Ting used a national flag to cleverly cover up her ‘third point’ [her crotch] before taking a photo and posting it on her Facebook account to express “I Love Taiwan”.

Yesterday she went for broke and raised the stakes by getting completely naked while holding a national flag in each hand. [...]

Huang Shi Ting: “It just so happens that its the Olympics and our athletes are competing, so I though I would cheer on the Taiwan [teams] this way”

Huang Shi Ting’s sexy flag photos has attracted polarised reactions, and there were also some netizens who joked saying she’s made Taiwanese people agree with the removal of national flags. [...]

Comments from Apple Daily Taiwan:

Kelly Nguyen Minh:

It’s not enough to step on the national flag, the national flag also has to be used to cover your private parts. This behaviour is truly without class. Disgusting. Is this what you call patriotism?

余孟芳:

Everyone has their own way of loving their country, I approve of her methods!

林靖闵:

Can I also be patriotic in this way?

庄王政:

Good girl… good. I’ll marry you.

施均泽:

The national flag is just a symbol, loving your country in your heart is the point.

陈钊纬:

Just wants to be famous = =

Comments from Yahoo News Taiwan:

Yi所崇拜的学者 :

What a lot of people see is the flag on a naked body of a young girl! What a few people see is only the the naked body under the flag!

蜡笔 小新:

She’s simply insulting the national flag…

小凡:

诺亚方舟:

Given the muff we all spotted in the first few seconds, any drizzling and dribbling will coalesce in a most unacceptable way on the fragrant forestry of this Formosal female. I advise something below or equalling a Grade III before commencing.

      Jealous much?

      • k

Nope just think her face is ugly. Out of lots of gorgeous asian models, this girl is busted and has about 10 lbs of makeup on her face, concentrating about 7 lbs on her eyes alone. She just isnt pretty, skinny and slutty but not pretty.

        • Briton

          Yep.

          Jealous.

          • k

Honestly not at all, there r lotsbof gorgeous asian women that im envious of but this lady isnt one of them. Im surprised there is even any fuss over her, she isnt anything special and i find her looks below what is considered model level. She looks like a 19 yr old girl who relies heavily on the technique of “apply enough shit on ur face, wear some long hair, take off clothes” and bam, someone will mistake u as pretty!

          • Sunshine

Actually, if that picture in her profile is real, I’d say K is prettier by far than the Taiwanese “model”. So there isn’t any reason for her to be jealous.

2 sets of fake eyelashes on top of each other really is a little excessive.

          • linette

I will have to say a lot of Asian girls love to look like caucasian hotties. Caucasian hotties have the ideal look. Tall like 5ft6 or 7. Narrow face like oval shape. Big round eyes with heavy double eyelids. Tall straight nose. White skin and big boobs. Caucasian hotties don’t have small mono eyelids eyes. Which is considered undesirable in some Asians.
Ann hathaway is the ideal look for many Asian girls.

            http://reddogreport.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/03/Anne-Hathaway-Eyes-Up.jpg

          • linette

Hi Sunshine, I know you are a Chinese girl. Are you? Can you put your photo back on your gravatar? Are you from Shanghai? Shanghai girl?

          • jin

linette, that pic creeped me out.
            1. RED lense
            2. some fly poop on her face
            3. she could eat a man whole if she opens her mouth
            4. her tits are falling already at her age
            5. eeeeeeeeeeee dont know

and maybe you find her face pretty, but i dont think that alot of asian girls want to look like her.

          • linette

and maybe you find her face pretty, but i dont think that alot of asian girls want to look like her………………

I think a lot of Asian girls want to look like Ann H type. How else can you explain a nation of women run to get double eyelids surgery at young age to open up the eyes make it rounder and bigger? Get a fake tall nose? Bleached white skin? Shaved/cut cheeks/jaws bone removal for a narrow oval face. They want that look.

          • Snarl

I have to agree with k here. Sure this Taiwanese model is hot, but I’ve had girls who look exactly like her. All I’m saying is that she’s not a rare bird, certainly not worthy of the dumbstruck slobberfest that seems to be going on here. Of course, beauty is in the eye of the beholder, so maybe this girl is the cat’s pajamas to some guys.

          • mr. wiener

After a few stories of horse-faced Chinese shemale athletes she is a welcome change. Slobberfest? not really. Sit back and enjoy the games. Imagine her saluting when your flag is raised.

          • Nanny Hiccups

Hey Linette, do you really think Anne Hathaway is a standard of beauty for some asian women?

It’s so funny that you mention Asian people see the lack of double eye-lid as unattractive, when it is a feature most unique to themselves. When western people look at Asians or each other, they don’t think about double eye-lids or even consider it as a measurement of whether someone else is beautiful. We don’t think it’s ugly or are even conscious of the whole “double-eye-lid”. Yet Asians think about it constantly because they feel it will help them assimilate into western culture.

The only reason Asian people make look up to westerners as a standard for what is beautiful is because of globalisation, magazines, and movies and constant images telling them that the anglo look should be appreciated.

The only analogy I can give in this situation that is vaguely similar is back in the 1970s, the whole “black is beautiful” movement, when Black Americans questioned the concept of beauty and evolved to define it for themselves. That’s when everyone stopped relaxing their hair and started wearing afros and trying to become more black. There was a time before that, when light-skinned blacks were considered prettier than dark skinned blacks — it’s that constant rejection of what makes us unique (dark skin, thick hair), wanting to adopt an anglo look in order to assimilate into western culture. It was really cool when people started to wear afros and accept themselves for who they really are. If I could my hair into an afro, I would have one everyday. I think they are just so cool.

So I tend to wholeheartedly reject the notion that looking white = beauty. I think Anne Hathaway is beautiful because of her facial features, not because of the whole pale-skin “white” aspect. A smile ,can make someone beautiful, a certain look in the eyes. A personal sense of style, can make someone attractive. It’s kind of heartbreaking to see Asian women aspire to reach the unattainable when they are so pretty themselves.

          • eattot

            linette:
i feel you like Ann a lot, yes, her smile is nice.to my eyes, she is similar as 赵薇,extremly big eyes and a bit round chin…for me,beauty should be sharp, i mean not eveyrthing very big and open, should be delicate.
kidman, heidi klum, young sarah stone…all typical classic beauty.ann, she is more like lovely and nice.or maybe i just dislike extremly big eyes, she is a bit similar as jullia roberts, but definitly jullia is more delicate.
we chinese want to look like fanbingbing.it’s the truth.

          • linette

            Nanny Hiccups
Unfortunately yes, Ann H is like an ideal look for most Asian women, especially for those with mono eyelids. They seems to be ashamed of their eyes because is not double eyelids.
I don’t know why. I think double mono don’t matter.

But is also funny because look at this Chinese actress Zhu Zhu and Zhang Ziyi and most other Chinese actresses and models. They are 100% natural and they have double eyelids, tall nose, pointy face and they don’t look like caucasians.

This is a real taiwanese model and she doesn’t look caucasian. She looks like a pretty Chinese girl. Not plasty. That’s how pretty Chinese girl look. Not look like Ann H.

            http://mykafkeasquelife.blogspot.com/2010/06/taiwanese-model-wang-si-ping.html

Maybe asian women are into doll like feature and majority of the caucasians on TV have it. Like Ann H and megan fox.

I personally think there are beauty in every race. I think Ann H is pretty, jessice alba, rhinna…etc.

          • Sunshine

            Hi Linette:
Yes, I am Chinese. I am only remotely connected to Shanghai through my mom’s side. She’s Shanghainese herself but has lived most her life in Shandong. My dad is from Dongbei, so I’m more of a northern girl.

It’s interesting but I don’t really care much for big, round eyes. I much prefer the slender, long, and winged (flicks upwards) eyes, 丹凤眼,or even “slanted” eyes, if you will. I find those type of eyes extremely alluring.
My eye shape does flick upwards, but almost a little too much, so I always give off a catty look, or a look of someone who’s too cunning/calculating, which I don’t like in girls.

A Chinese actress I find extremely attractive:

Hey Sunshine, yeah I agree with you..big or small eyes don’t matter. I know plenty girls with monolids eyes and they are pretty. I like your cat eyes. You are pretty.

This actress she is nice. I don’t know her though.

          • erguotouplease

@linette Ann hathaway isnt the ideal looking for an Asian girl. A lot of us find the big big eys , big big mouth, pale skin and a face barely can hole her expression is a little bit scary. But again beauty is a very subjective concept. And she is considered a pretty actress worldwide. I like her too.(so dont need to be angry at me if you are a fan.)
@K totoally agree she is not good looking at all. nice body though~

            Hello K,

HaHa – She’s a little doll all dressed up. Really fun once she gets mobile (sometime soon)
Lucky girl if she can learn multiple languages and cultures as a child.

I am going to Japan, Korea and then to Taiwan – all for the first time in October. I plan to spend a day in Busan before heading to Seoul for 3 days. Any input of feedback on must sees is appreciated. I enjoy meeting the people, trying the food and learning the culture as well as physical activities (hike, bike, walk, etc). Not into museums, temples when exploration time is limited.
            Thank You,
            Dave

OMG k, your daughter is so cute… :)

          • linette

k, you are pretty woman. Your husband’s friends must be so jealous of your husband……

          • Brett Hunan

            Your baby is beautiful K…

My half kimchi-gobbler is due in October!! So excited!

          • mr. wiener

Hey Brett, long time no comment, congrats on the impending little one. Are you freaking out much?

          • Brett Hunan

            Hey mr. wiener.

Yea I had to suddenly fly back stateside and didnt check the computer much. Back in Korea now so I’ll be posting like normal.

Impulsively buying 20 newborn outfits and preordering 6 months worth of diapers isnt considered freaking out, is it?

  • Alexander

Wow….. that’s so patriotic…… I mean its, not like this is in any way a ploy for attention. How about she plant that flag in one of her holes……

i always buy before just to see those sluty and sexy actress photos.

    • mr. wiener

eattot!? I never suspected you of being a little bi-curious :)

    • k

Whenever I want motivation to diet, I just got to one of the Korean clothing sites….those models are SO thin, makes me put down the sweet cake.

      • eattot

        are you a model too?
if not, no need to be so hard to yourself.
whenever i am unhappy then i go eat, then i am happy.
i am foodie anyway. and i am 162cm, no matter what i do, i can not be very outstanding,so,just enjoy the food.
        chips,cakes,meat tots,dessert,lamb,chicken,pork,durian,mango….life is wonderful,and rich noodles.

        • Jackson

Food is just food, it’s not love, dear :) if you believe that to eat good food is one of the essences of a wonderful life, I feel sorry for you …

          • eattot

maybe what u think wonderful for life means nothing for me too,no need to feel sorry or feel better to others.

        • linette

hahah…no eattot.. women and men should take care of their body. Have some sweet but not too much. Instant noodle is very bad for you so I only eat it like once or most twice a week and that’s it no more.

I will skip breakfast just to eat a cake. I am only 5ft2in and I will never let myself go past 112lb. It’s hard to lose weight once you gain it. People can eat all kinds of food but in moderation. You may need to skip a meal just to eat cake….hhehehe…..And exercise drink lots of water. AND WEAR sunscreen. lol……..

          • Nanny Hiccups

good advice. when i was in college and i n my first apartment, the only food i could afford to eat was instant noodles and i gained a lot of weight during that time and i was very small. i have never eaten instant noodles since.

          • eattot

not instant noodles, rich noodles maybe called rice lines.
i eat instant noodles when lazy or no money.hahaha!
no worry, i am not very fat, around 55kg…everybody will get old,no matter what to do,DNA is the most important thing for skin and body…some women use expensive cosmetics, some use cheap, still not see big difference.

          • k

Beauty is the first gift given to women by nature and the first gift taken away by nature.

          • linette

nanny..yeah..that instant noodle is so bad like poison that will ruin good figure. Stay away from it. It is so tasty and so addictive. I know plenty people who are instant noodle addict. I program myself not to like it.

          • eattot

and I remember when i went to uni, my uni is in north i am from south,my calssmates they all ate very simple as a student,i could not stand, one day during dinner, a boy classmate,he sew me,and almost 5 blows and 2 plates in front of me,he was so surprised.how come a student eats so many dishes!so he got back, told classmates that i am very foodie and my family seems quite rich…hahahaha!

          • linette

eattot and K, no doubt having good DNA is the cheapest way to stay pretty. The expensive way is plastic surgery. :(

I don’t believe in those expensive anti aging creme. I don’t think they work too much. My mom told me and she used them but not much different. The only anti aging is really just face lift and chemical bleach surgery.

          • linette

eattot..you are funny…So you are the type that can eat and don’t gain weight? I know girls like that. I am so jealous. I think I am the type is I eat I will blow up like a whale…hahaha…….

          • eattot

no, my height is very steady, almost no any chance.
55kg for 162cm .not fit at all, most chinese are slim like a stick.
i do not like to be very falt either.and when i walk, i walk very straight.i am quite energetic and laugh a lot.even when i just recall a joke in street,i can laugh a lot.
when unhappy then i cry, when happy then i laugh.
the key to keep young is: have a stable life, have a unstable heart.

          • Nanny Hiccups

Eattot, 55kg at 162cm (121lbs at 5’4) is not considered fat in the U.S. You are the size of a normal american girl. I hope that is not considered fat. My height is 165.10cm (5’5″) and i wouldn’t tell anyone my weight lol

          • Nanny Hiccups

Linette those expensive creams work – I use Olay on my face. Its not extremely expensive,, but expensive enough for the small amount you get. If you start using it while you are still young enough, you will have great skin when you get older. They have the night and day version and the day version has SPF15 in it. And it’s comeogenic, meaning it doesn’t clog the pores and cause acne.

            http://www.olay.com/skin-care-products

But this is the one I prefer specifically and put on my face at night. It feels very good and cool on the skin:
            http://www.olay.com/skin-care-products/anti-aging-products/fragrance-free-moisturizer?pid=75609190490

i use one set from swiss to get white, yes, i am typical chinese.
and linette: we chinese do not want to look like ann or foreigners much,we want to look like fanbingbing and AB.most went to korea do ps,told doctor fanbingbing and AB.AB is a fake face already, she just did ps so successful.so we love fanbingbing, when i meet girls, we always mention fanbingbing,it’s so wonderful to live like that and have a super beautiful face and wear expensive take over the world with her beauty on red carpet.

          • linette

eattot, if you are considered fat than I must be fat too. I want to be like 105lb for my height without losing the boobs..lol…..

          • linette

            eattot :(
Be careful with those whitening creme. Many have mercury in them. Read what you apply on your skin. Just use sunscreen that should be enough. Take vitamin C. Gives you beautiful skin. :)

          • linette

If you start using it while you are still young enough, you will have great skin when you get older………….

I know. The key is preservation. That’s why I want to start now. I am around the corner in my late 20.
Let me try those and see. But I still think face lift is more effective later on. lol…..

          • Nanny Hiccups

eattot, i am so surprised that the girls want to look like fanbingbing. I hate to say this becausei know this actress is not well liked, but I think Zhang Ziyi is so much prettier. she is an ethereal beauty.

what about li gong? I’ve always thought she was exceptional too, as a beauty. do young women look up to her?

          • linette

eattot..I like fanbingbing too. She is so lucky to have good genes. It’s nice to be born beautiful isn’t it? So jealous.

          • Nanny Hiccups

i am too scared of a face lift, there are so many actresses who look like their faces are being pulled by hooks, who have had them. face looks over time eventually make the eyes really narrow and the nose more open.
have you ever seen pictures of the socialite that is called the “cat woman”? She has had multiple facelifts. look at her before and after pictures. it is scary:

            http://plasticsurgerybeforeandafter.blogspot.com/2010/05/cat-woman-plastic-surgery.html

And I hope you eattot isn’t using whitening cream. It is very very bad for you and can make bad things happen to your complexion.

women are obsessed with surgery and thus, beauty because we are rewarded for being beautiful in this world. If you are ugly you can forget it.

Hi guys… No need to get swept-up in skin lightening… Please bear in mind that most SG and MY Chinese are from the 3% sub-tropical part of China – through heritage – and hence show a golden skin which many envy. Skin colour – if you’re an Oriental office worker with a degree – does not influence anything – certainly here in SG.

          • eattot

            nanny&linette:
we do not think gong li or zhang zi yi are that pretty.never heared a guy says zhangziyi is so beautiful.and gongli, at least 3 guys siad why she is so fuking ugly.zhangziyi is lucky just because she looks like gongli, and zhangyimao always loves gongli.
but now, their time gone.gongli is too old, zhangziyi is too dirty.
fanbingbing also not easy, because she left the biggest chinese film company,is difficult to make her get big films.good thing is she got tokyo best actress prize and she is no.1 asian star who got so famous on redcapet, she is tall and not so skinny, always so special, french love her, always invite her to fashion shows.now zhangziyi is too bad named,no big brand gives her chance.her fault is,when she was popular, she went aborad, slept around then cheated money from donations.

          • Sunshine

Omg yes.. Fan Bing Bing.. she is the EPITOME of womanly allure. I would go lesbian for her lol.
Joking aside, what Chinese man would dare taking her? She is much too independent, powerful, strong; someone you can look at from a distance, but never reach.

          • David.is.Dawei

            Hello Everyone,

I remember the first time I was in China and I saw all the Chinese girls with umbrellas. I was thinking it was going to rain, only to find out they wanted to remain as white as snow.

I find it so funny that the Chinese girls want to be White and the American girls want to be tanned/golden brown.

They are probably both beautiful as they are, but strive towards their idea of perfection.

For me, a nice smile makes most people More beautiful.
            Cheers,
            Dave

          • jeffli

You can shoot me if you want, but I think all you girls are pretty.

as one famous hollywood actress once said –
“theres no such thing as an ugly woman, just some women don’t know how to act beautiful.”

      • http://amazon.com/author/rc richardnorth

Hi K, Oriental DNA + Oriental foods = Perpetually thin. Whether Korean, Chinese or Indo-Chinese, wherever the food consumption is traditional, waists are slim (in CN, VN, KR, TH women). Singapore is a good “laboratory” and the pervasiveness of KFC, McD, Wendy’s and deep-fried items, shows that some ladies are now chubby (apart from those hovering around Prada and Louis Vuitton, of course). The tide is turning, and thin Caucasian models show that diet is more important than DNA / genome.

        • k

agreed but come on, it’s not ALL about the food they eat or their DNA, although that’s a good chunk, but it isn’t the TOTAL picture. I don’t know about other asian countries, but when I lived in Korea, Koreans were keeping thin with more then just good diet and excersise and asian dna. Just like westerners, Koreans have diet pill/eating disorders too. They prescribe diet pills like candy over there. I went to the doctor for a cold, ended up bombarded with offers of prescription diet pills and “carb blocking” shots, which the doctor assured me everyone was doing and was popular for thinness right now. I can’t tell you how many times I’d go to the bathroom at a restaurant and hear girls puking up their dinner in the stalls beside mine. In the USA, it’d be embarrassing to be heard throwing up your food in public, in Korea, no one seemed to mind that girls were throwing up their dinner, it was norm. My experiences working with Korean women, and I don’t know if this is true for many or not, but the young women I worked with openly told me once that they only eat one time a day when friends and never ever eat when they get home because they were afraid of weight gain. Koreans are some of the most paranoid people about weight and the clothes there are so small, the one size only, that if they want to be stylish, they have to be small even if they aren’t naturally THAT small. They do eat better, they do have smaller frames, but that ain’t all that goes on to get the level of thinness they expect.

  • Wannabe

The “patriotism” that she’s trying to show is extremely ironic because on her wall there’s a United Statian sports shirt with the U.S. flag on it. Also, in Taiwan, they boast to Mainlanders that they are still using Traditional Chinese characters, but then in the photos, her expression of love to Taiwan is in English. And what’s with the western-style dyed brown hair and fake long eyelashes? Trying to look like a white woman? All these don’t sound very Taiwanese!

    • So sport clothes with the flag of another country on them makes one unpatriotic? You try too hard. Brown hair and long eyelashes only belong to white women?? Your childish racism also lacks substance. ………..pathetic.

    • elizabeth

Spot on. Is that a UK flag in the background?

      She’s one confused Taiwanese.

      • http://amazon.com/author/rc richardnorth

Based on the huskiness of her voice, I would say she was high on those extra-long British cigarettes, and had maybe consumed some European lager beer. This is what gave her the confidence to skillfully, naughtily and happily “sail very close to the wind” with that petite sandcastle flag.

    • tai wai

Taiwan and Hong Kong are successful places. They look up to, and try to emulate the West.

But perhaps that is just coincidence.

    • Freetrader

What on earth does that have to do with anything? Having a shirt with another country’s flag on it doesn’t mean anything; and I don’t know where you’ve been but a majority of girls in Taiwan (and Japan) seemed to have dyed hair.

      • http://amazon.com/author/rc richardnorth

This dying of hair has become endemic not in just TW and JP, but TH, VN, MY and SG, outside of CN. I know for sure that as economies power ahead, independent women (…and their boyfriends) can foot the bills for salon services! THUS expect more colours for years to come… I have expressed to GFs before NOT to dye their hair… and 80% of the time this has fallen on deaf ears…

        • sern

“independent women (…and their boyfriends) can foot the bills for salon services!”

What is independent about following a trend? It’s been going on awhile too, 10 years at least.

          • Thor

I’d say even more than 10 years since Miki Berenyi from Lush seems to have showed up on UK stages with her firetruck red dyed hair around 1988.
            Hre’s our great ol’ pedal-stomping Miki : http://www.myspace.com/mikiberenyi/photos/467256

    • Give me a fucking break. Sporting a shirt with the flag of another country makes one unpatriotic now, huh? Brown hair and long eye lashes only belong to white women too?

Like it or not, the girl is making an important statement. Taiwan’s flag was intentionally removed from the streets of London. Taiwan is forced to compete under the ridiculous moniker of “Chinese Taipei”….

    • k

Ive dyed my hair black before but i wasnt trying to be asian or black or hispanic or native american….likewise ive seen plenty of asians with dark brown hair naturally, my daughter is half korean and her hair is light brown. Women everywhere dye their hair, its rly not about looking like another race, its just a change up. I really dont think asian women try to look look white women persay, most asians i find dont really like our big noses and sharp faces. I dont think they want to look white, i think they want to look EUROASIAN…asian but not as asiany and more exotic/global. Everyone knows half asians are the real gorgeous ones!

      • http://amazon.com/author/rc richardnorth

In terms of your last sentence “Everyone knows half asians are the real gorgeous ones!”, quite an enigma exists across the region. To be truthful, most expats seeking a wife / long-term GF look for a thoroughbred; BUT the moment they have a child, yes the child will be 50:50, and Eurasians are becoming abundant again (in the 1960s they were very evident in Singapore). This is a sincere observation since the 1990s.

that is one pretty man. As for hair dying, I agree. Its just a fashion and many people view hair as an accessory. I have been dying my hair jet black since I was 17 years old because I already had silver hair. A patch of it on the right side. I went dark brown with blonde highlights a few times b ut prefer to have my hair a dark color. light hair can make your face appear harsh.

        • Sunshine

What dyes do you guys use to dye your hair black?
My hair is naturally a light shade of black/brown (I’m suspicious that it’s because of malnutrition, ha!), and I would prefer it to be a richer shade of black. I dyed it black with a Japanese dye 3 times in the span of one year, but my hair has became lighter every time the dye wears off. Now my hair truly is brown!

          • k

Have u tried getting it professionally done? It is much more expensive but their liscensed to handle professional grade dyes which are much better. When I lived in korea all my expat friends told me to stay away from dyes made in asia because they are really harsh on the hair and find american/euro brands. I dont know if that is true but maybe try a foreign brand.

Unfortunately, it won’t work for straight female athletes.

Symbolism? Taiwan is barely there on the medals tally.

  • http://amazon.com/author/rc richardnorth

In MOST cases, Olympians stand-by in their training camp, shielded from news and current affairs, e.g. the Brit track eventers went as far as spending weeks in Portugal, even as the first week’s events proceeded. They will have news of medal acquisitions, of course, but not news which will play on the mind. One could say that this flag-lady could be a negative influence, because TW athletes will need to keep their testosterone focused on the sporting and not sexual achievement centres of the male brain! It remains to be seen…

its ok brother. here is a bronze medal for your troubles

  • Roman

Actually, that real saying says the following: There are no ugly women, but there are scary men. :-) Although I have to admit that I think there are much more uglier women on the west, than ugly chinese girls. To me almost all chinese (or Asian) girls look quite beautiful, since most of them are skinny and are thus very sexy, but it’s only my taste. And I really don’t understand why a chinese girl would ever like to look like a Western (European) girl. We western (European) guys want and like Chinese girls because they look like Chinese. If we’d like Western girls we’d have already pick one among thousands running around, so please don’t spoil the beauty that Mother Nature gave to you.

    • kodi

C’mon lets try thinking a little more clearly. Not all western men like Chinese girls. Actually, I think it may be more accurate to simply state that any man likes any woman he thinks is attractive regardless of where she is from or whatever race she may be. Beauty is everywhere.

We can’t realistically say that ugly chinese girls are better looking than ugly western girls. There may be varying degrees of ugly, but drawing the lines in that way sort of distorts the reality of things. I guess it all according preference and which ugly girls one would rather as opposed to another.

Do you have yellow fever? Have you ever been to Brazil?

Its funny all the talk from Woman about what they think is the most Beautiful…
But the Truth is… that everyone has a different idea on beauty.

Im White, in USA, and Im not all that attracted to Blonds, and the typical “white look”. Sorry K, I just dont think your that pretty. Especially with a manly style cap on. Id much rather prefer a chance at the Taiwanese Flag
    waver ;)

I really love certain Asian qualities, such as the thick dark hair, the beautifully thin & slanted eye shapes. Double lid? Who cares. I dont. I like the difference. I desire it. Maybe its the genetics inside of me trying to mix up the Gene pool.

So ladies, if you are trying to look more ‘White’ to impress the white guys… you just may be wasting your efforts. But more importantly, is coming to grips with who you are, and the being a beautiful person on the Inside. Eatots limited picture is nice… but her personality seems quite Ugly.

Im no model. Im just average at best. But I can accept that. I dont need to make drastic changes to my body / face to try to feel better about myself. If a woman likes my personality… then she may also accept my so called flaws. If she does not, then she is not for me… and thats just fine… because I dont need to make everyone on this planet happy. Thats impossible. Just need 1 special someone, to make things great.

While there certainly are prettier Asian woman than the Flag Girl… One thing I like about her is that she isnt afraid to honestly express herself. Shes very comfortable with who she is, and what she looks like. She doesn’t care about what some people will think / say about it.

I cant say more than that.. because I dont really know her personally. And thats the most important part… because if shes a cold, selfish, money grubbing witch… then that outside beauty means nothing to me. It loses its power.

I cant say that I would do the same kind of thing that she did, even IF I was a model. And Im also not very Patriotic. But I cant judge her either. I dont know whats really inside her heart and mind, nor do I know her financial circumstances. (A Models income wont last forever, as external near-flawless Beauty does fade)

Anyways, there’s Nothing wrong with loving the beautiful things in this universe, and Im happy that there are people like her, who are so giving! =.)

Ladies, take note… that internal beauty is best… and that being comfortable with, and accepting your outside self… is very attractive. Be confident, loving, passionate, and compassionate ..and Happiness in life, will follow.

Um, what did her internet personality do to you to warrant that? That is pretty uncalled for.

      Thanks for the preach, though.

I’m not sure that gal is so confident with herself since she relies on a one inch thick make up. And what you say is somewhat unfair towards Eatots : you don’t know her personally, so what can you actuallt say ? I personally wouldn’t.

Hi AsiaLover… Thank-you for your honesty. Once you have been in Asia for somewhere between 2 months and 2 years, your #1 priority will be an Asian woman who speaks reasonable English and has a sense of humour spanning Day 1 to Day 31 of the month. If you acquire the above, you acquire a ticket to a life free of promiscuity and full of promise. (Olympic Trolls on your marks… S-E-T… Bang!)

Well I wasn’t of the opinion the ROC flag should’ve been removed in Britain but I believe the ROC flag should be removed from the top picture.

The thing is… showing patrotism THIS way is surely awkward and anti-traditional… the ancestors would be ashamed of this
