When Americans go abroad, printed on the last page of their passport is: No matter where you are, the United States government is always behind you, whereas in Chinese passports it is printed: When you arrive abroad, you must not have conflicts with the local residents and must comply with the local laws, in short not to cause problems for China/the Chinese government.
