19-Year-Old Girl Living Under Bridge Has Second Child

Recently an unmarried 19-year-old girl gave birth to a child in her makeshift home under a bridge in Hangzhou. After giving birth to the child and cutting the umbilical cord by herself, a nearby sanitation worker noticed the scene and called for an ambulance. The child, which is her second, was wrapped in a pair of old pants when it arrived at the hospital, but appeared healthy. Her husband, who is an electrician and plumber, is a 51-year-old man who said “she has a few problems, her brain isn’t quite right.”
