GPS Technology Used For WWII Troop Parade

Preparations are well underway for the September 3 military parade which will commemorate 70 years since the “victories of the Chinese People’s War of Resistance Against Japan and the World War against Fascism”, and it’s been revealed that the Chinese BeiDou Navigation Satellite System is being employed to increase training quality and efficacy. It’s claimed that by this troop formations will be able to keep perfectly in formation for 200m of goose step marching and 1000m of regular marching, with time discrepancies in equipment formations being kept within 0.3s. One netizen said it sounded a bit far-fetched.

Makes me cringe every time I see the Communists celebrating and claiming they fought off the Japanese. Fact is it was mainly the Nationalists who were defending China against the invaders while the Communists did nothing (unless they were being attacked directly by the Japanese troops) and they even were taking advantage by backstabbing the Nationalists forces. Sad.

Actually, Joseph Goebbels, the Nazi Propaganda minister, said that, but a lot of sources attribute it to Hitler.

Man, you have to admire their good sportsmanship. That’s an awful lot of effort to go thru to thank the KMT fascists for fighting back against the Jap fascists.

I bet they were actually using GPS, not Beidou. Once again America saves the day and China denies it.

A guy I know runs a telecom company here, and hey says the government is in the process of developing their own version of gps. They want to be on their own separate system here, it seems.

Mexico and Tajikistan are two of the “foreign” armies.

    • Necrogodomega

Oh! Where did you get that? I have really been curious who’s supporting China’s recent military raise. Russia and Kazakhstan are the only ones I found so if Mexico and Tajikistan are there still leaves 6 more.
