Recently in Hunan a large homicide case involved a man using a pig slaughtering knife to kill his wife and many of her relatives, resulting in 9 deaths and many injuries. The man’s relationship with his wife was not a good one, she was having an extramarital affair and he was very violent in the house. Yesterday when his wife’s mother’s funeral had just finished he used the knife to kill many of his wife’s sleeping relatives, including a 4 month old baby. Netizens seem to think that all Chinese men are just like this, when they feel wronged they start killing whoever is weaker than they are.
