Knife-Wielder Attacks Civil Affairs Bureau, Burns Self

A man brandishing a knife who went on the attack at the Jixi Civil Affairs Bureau burned himself to death after killing one and injuring another. Police are currently investing the case which occurred at around 9:00am on July 7 that saw suspect Mr. Jin hospitalize two females, with one later dying from her injuries being confirmed to be a community director. Netizens were trying to fathom the level of resentment required to kill such a person.
