Man Posts Details Online Of Official Raping His Wife

Police have intervened after a man posted details online of a village official raping his wife multiple times over several years. Mr. Yuan of Xiangshui said that Nanhe Party Committee member Mr. Liu first committed the offense in 2011 whilst he was working away from home. Yuan said Liu slapped and threatened his wife Mrs. Wang before raping her during a period in which Liu was building a new bathroom for Yuan at his home. Police have said they can’t yet determine if Liu’s conduct constitutes rape. One netizen ridiculed the statement, asking if it implies Wang is a prostitute.

I think PARTY is the key word. If they are important in the party it was nto rape.

What is more worrying is what is considered child rape in the normal world is considered child prostitution here in China.
