Lian Enqing, a Wenling man who attacked 3 doctors in 2013, killing one, was sentenced to death earlier this week. The man’s sister said that the tragedy began when her brother started acting abnormal after a surgery for a nose illness. His family was allowed to meet with him for several minutes before his execution on May 25th. In the comments netizens criticized hospitals and doctors saying “Hospitals should reflect on their doctor-patient relationships, they are out of control when giving prescriptions, often giving lots of medicine for just a small ailment.”
