Matt and Brother Orange: Stolen Phone Leads to Friendship

Chinese internet celebrity “Brother Orange” has traveled to America to visit his good friend Matt. The two of them, whose each and every move has been followed on Twitter and Weibo, even made an appearance on the Ellen Show. Over a year ago, Matt’s iPhone was stolen, and after a short time pictures of a Chinese person, who often posed with an orange tree, started showing up in his iCloud. Matt wrote about the phenomenon online, and after a fellow netizen posted the story on Weibo, other netizens quickly tracked down Brother Orange. Matt later flew to China and the pair quickly became good friends, all because of a stolen cell phone.
