I kinda like the font on number 2 as it is, but if people like the actual design maybe we should just get the designer to simply replace the lettering?

Hey, I’m going to vote for the design which has creases in the picture!!!! Creases and wrinkles. I just CAN’T look past the creases and wrinkles! They are so well designed!!! I wonder if the T-shirt will have wrinkles and creases on it when I buy it!!! I hope so!!!! Wooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!

Hmmm…well it would be a pity to pull out one of the designs; they are all so creative and varied in character, there’s something for everyone among them, for every voter’s taste. And I’ve been in China long enough to know how quickly word travels and votes are mobilized when it comes to such votings…why would that only be a possible issue with one individual??
As far as I can observe as a frequent visitor to chinaSMACK, everything has been in order about this competition. Of course when I was curious about how the results were a day after I placed my vote, my first thought was of the design on first place, “yeah right, that guy had all his friends vote for him.” But that’s just what happens all around the world and unless you have the website built in a certain way, you can’t avoid that. And you wouldn’t have to. I am sure there are more than enough people not related to the contestants to balance this out.

I did notice that the first time I visited this page specifically, the voting ‘boxes’ did not show up at all; I had to reload the page and even when I clicked my vote, it wasn’t quite apparent whether it had been accepted correctly, so I clicked again. Maybe it’s a scripting problem and maybe that’s what’s causing this issue. Did anyone else have that problem? Anyway, I hope this is resolved fairly…may the best design win!

I’m not sure what pic you were trying to post – can you check the link again?

I completely understand the spirit of the competition and why you would be interested in keeping it fair. I would not want to have my design chosen with any resentment attached to it anyway.

So please feel free to handle it as you see fit. While I am sure I would not encourage anyone to alter the results, if you find that is what happened then I take responsibility and request that the entry be removed entirely.

Again, sorry for the confusion. It was not my intention to create any drama over it.

Thank you for your message. I will explain why I suspect cheating. Please see this picture.

I did not circle everything that is suspicious to me but I have circle some examples. I hope more people can review this and tell me if I am wrong.

There is no problem with friends who support you and vote for you, but I hope you can understand why I am worried. This should just be a fun competition so I prefer that there is no silly problem like cheating. If I am wrong, I will of course return the votes to you, but right now I must be sure everything is fair to everyone. Other people submit designs too, so it would not be fair for them if I did not try to keep this competition fair.
