The women aren’t that hot. They’re all young ladies, and are pretty average by Chinese standards. They weren’t chosen purely on looks.
But it is telling that they are only women – there doesn’t appear to be any men serving the meeting. I’m sure that there are plenty of men looking for jobs in Beijing as well. There may not have been “lookism” in the selection of the hostesses, but the concept itself is sexist.
Anyway China is not and has never been communist.
