The last picture reminds me a lot of eighties hair metal look from the USA. I always translated FZL as ‘alternative’ because zhuliu means mainstream, fei means not.
I can see why people see influences from Japanese street culture of a decade ago, and also American and British Punk fashion. I don’t know why they should be belittled even if they do copy Japanese or Americans. The very idea of fashion is to copy others, unless you were the first and everyone else is copying you.

Not all FZL are retarded. To me it’s just a sense of fashion … I think some of them actually looks alright but others go too overboard. Oh well, it’s their life and let them live by the way they want. I’m sure there’s better things to do than to keep complaining. If you don’t like it, then ignore it.
