I came home last night and wanted to finish writing a new post. But, when I tried to go to my blog, my website would only show “503 Service Temporarily Unavailable.”
I was scared. I started my blog only 12 days ago and now my blog was gone.
Someone said that, in less than 12 days, I “broke the internet.”
My website was sometimes very very very slow the past few days and I could not do anything until it returned to normal speed. I did not know why but I thought maybe I had too many open windows on my computer or maybe my internet connection was bad. Sometimes, I thought maybe the government was watching me. But why would the government watch me? I am nobody. They should have bigger people to watch.
I worry for a long time. Then, I check my email, and I notice my website company sent me an email. They tell me they “had to throttle the connections to your site (chinasmack.com) as it was causing the apache server you are on to run out of available connection slots.”
What does that mean? I do not really know.
So, I email them back and ask. They explain it is because there were “300+ people downloading something all at once” and maybe it was caused by my “most popular” page about the Cantonese teens attacking the naked girl. So, now I know I cannot post big videos for 300+ people to download at the same time or I need to get a “private server” instead of “shared hosting.”
I do not have money for a “private server.”

Well, you did happily post a real rape video for voyueristic consumption. Having the site slowed down should be the least of your worries.
