It’s not directly related, but I’d like to point out the movie scene in Farewell my concubine, when an old eunuch (I think he’s an eunuch) has a young boy pee in a kind of basin, and then enjoys watching him peeing.
Don’t know how the director/writer came up with such an idea.

The US is plain fucked up when it comes to kids, and sex in general. We even say “more than three shakes and you’re playing with it” when someone is taking a piss.

Anything that should be covered by a bathing suit is off-limits, period. If the police officer holds up a doll, and the child points to those areas, it’s a witch hunt, plain and simple.

Even the accusation of molestation is enough to lose your job most of the time. And the charges aren’t dismissed because your innocent, they just can’t prove it *yet*. That’s how the justice system looks at it. They keep the records in case something else ever comes up.

And forget ever being a part of the Parent-Teacher’s Association or going along on a field trip as a chaperon. You just can’t do it, whether you’ve been charged or not.

You’re an idiot. You’re taking a common phenomenon in many cultures, including white-bread American and European, and misrepresenting it by dragging it off the deep-end, insisting there must be some evil in it. It is the kind of obsession with politically-correctness that precedes thought control and police states. See what I did there? I just dragged your disagreement with me off the deep-end as well.

For the love of God, being non-sexually amused with your child or grandchild’s baby pecker as a parent or grandparent (redundant, I know, but the emphasis seems to be needed with you), is not that difficult to imagine or hear of. It’s not t that people go around advertising it nor do they go around whispering about it to each other with hushed voices as if they implicitly felt guilty about it, it is just something that happens for very innocent reasons, not far removed from being amused by a baby’s tiny little hand or foot, his fingers or toes, and if a human baby had one, its tail.

Perceiving this as being sexual or deserving of being labeled as some sort of deviant sexual crime says more about the accuser than the person being accused. I genuinely feel sorry for you that you’ve been socialized in such a way that you’re going to see malicious, incestuous, and sexual abusive intent whenever an adult laughingly points, harmlessly flicks, or otherwise briefly touches a baby’s penis. They’re not caressing it, they’re not jerking it, nor are they trying to sexually stimulate it, for the child or themselves. Sometimes a cigar is just a cigar. These are adults finding a cute little thing cute. Is it that difficult for you to wrap your mind around such a concept? Jeebus, What puritanical environment did you spawn from?

If they actually had intercourse instead of oral sex he would have been charged with a misdemeanor, punishable up to 12-months, and with no sex offender status. Another relatively recent story (think late last year). Sorry couldn’t find this story online. But my memory of what I saw on CNN:
Underage girl on some social networking site posts sexy pictures of herself and lies about her age (posted a legal age). Has sex with atleast 2 over 21 guys that she met through her social networking page. Someone finds out the girl lied about her age and the guys are charged with having sex with a minor. CNN’s legal consultant said he couldn’t tell the girl was underage and the host of the show also agreed. Don’t know the outcome of this.

It would be a lot more interesting if there were someone here arguing very strongly that grandparent-grandson-c*ck-sucking is a regular, accepted phenomenon in China, but at this point making any more jokes about it is just flogging a dead horse.

I saw a completely awesome almost-fight here in Shenzhen, China. Two men were yelling at each other and trying to hit each other. Fortunately, each had a friend to hold him back. When the smaller man wrestled a small, shiny silver tire jack out from under the front seat of his car, the enormous crowd surrounding the two men took one timid step closer. When the much heavier-built man and obvious favorite in the fight plucked a heavy, black baseball bat from the dashboard of his car, the crowd let out an audible “Ooooo…” and took a big step forward. It went downhill from there, as each man’s friend was able to keep the fighters apart. (Curiously enough, the stronger of the two, the guy wielding the bat, was successfully restrained by his much smaller female friend.) Well, the point of the story is that this fight, had it continued, would have been a complete disaster, a terribly violent blood bath played out before the uncaring eyes of the gaping onlookers, just like the time when each man’s grandmother sucked his penis in front of his family when he was born. Pwn3d, lol~!

Would we all be able to agree that an actor playing with a kid’s penis in a movie is very different from someone giving their own kid a bath? Isn’t the movie situation exploitive and the family situation not?
