It really took me a long time to actually distinguish the difference, I suppose that it’s not something that I’m really culturally aware of. If say I was a hypothetical Chinese dude would it be something that I would notice almost instinctively, I’d see someone and be like “they have pretty eyes” or whatever.

It’s like if I see some person with ginger hair whose dyed their hair blonde it wouldn’t fool me for a second because I’m culturally attuned to notice it. If I was from a different culture I’d be like “that person has blonde hair”, but I would immediately notice their pasty face, freckles or lack of visible eyebrows/eyelashes and would be like BAM there a ginger in disguise, better kepp my distance in case I catch it. ;)

WTF is “double eyelids”??

It’s when the upper eyelid is divided into a top and bottom portion by a visible crease either inborn or after surgery.

It’s a variation of epicanthic folds (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Epicanthic_fold). Rather than being totally doubled over, the eyelid is only partly folded, showing a visible crease. AIUI, double-eyelids are considered more attractive in China (though this waiguoren prefers the full fold), and many girls get plastic surgery to reshape the skin of their eyes (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Asian_blepharoplasty).

At some point, does it matter if they are real? Take for example the “I must pick out my shit” person (paging Dr. Freud…). If they really are picking out their shit, they are certainly BT, but even if it is fake, they certainly have the mind of BT to think of such a story.

But the murder story is pretty boring, anyone could make that up. Shit picking is much more inventive.

i think the kids r starting to have some fun with this whole concept. the earlier parts were probably quite real, but i reckon u would start seeing more and more outrageous ’secrets’ from now on
