They shut off the traffic lights at a busy intersection, and he directs traffic while breaking it down and creating his own soundtrack via police whistle. I have to say, he's actually better than the guy in this video, because he does a lot more with his legs, there's much more up and down movement whereas this guy is just waving his hands.However, we know China is still a developing country. Someday, China's dancing traffic cops will be as developed as those in America.(JOKE! However, all the stuff about the traffic cop in Providence is true, and he is my hero).
