Yeah, this sounds like the police are taking two things very seriously here.
1. Bribery and unfair grading
2. Use of leverage “as a boss” to demand sexual favors at a subordinate’s risk – ie sexual harassment.

VERY seriously. This shit goes unnoticed all the time in the U.S. If a girl sleeps with her professor for better grades, people just shrug “what you going to do right?” because the courts here suck and don’t take it seriously that the professor’s power could make it coercion, because they assume it is ALWAYS entirely free will and the girl having other good options. Courts here are no good. Always say it is “her fault” and “she wanted it” – yes that is true many times, but what about when it is not.

Looks like Chinese police either
A. Take it very differently and see the leverage and power difference and assume the girl is unable to give consent in this case *before* they find out the facts and what power this guy could/would’ve used to screw her career over.
B. Or they just wanted an excuse to “plant” this guy – “set him up” – take a violation with a student (which, again, maybe was consensual, maybe was not) and use it to ruin him. Other posters are right. Something very fishy about just how seriously they are taking this and the way it was addressed.

Well, there is really only 1 way to settle this: the girl who was victimized must be allowed to freely molest the man’s children. Most people driving military vehicles are not military unless they are in uniform, or if they are, are not licensed military drivers. Police have the right to stop and even (I think) arrest non-military drivers of military vehicles, they HAVE to be licensed BY THE MILITARY to drive Military vehicles, specifically, and can’t just roll about in their friends truck. In fact, there was a lot of corruption around military people allowing non-military people to use their military vehicles so they could drive around ‘above the law’ and get special privileges, in exchange for business benefits for the military person who was responsible for the vehicle.
