The September 28 United Nations General Assembly in New York saw Japanese prime minister Shinzō Abe break into a light sprint before greeting Russian president Vladimir Putin. Abe had arrived slightly late due to being led elsewhere beforehand, and upon seeing Putin awaiting him, hastened himself to shake hands with him.
