Female cadre uses real name to report being raped by county Disabled Persons’ Federation Chairman while drunk

Summary: Recently, Sichuan Pengan County a female Safety Supervision Bureau cadre using her real name claimed online that around noon on October 19th, she and the local Administration of Work Safety Deputy Director Zhang Sen and Pengan County Disabled Persons’ Federation Chairman Liu Xiquan were drinking together and after she became drunk, the two men carried her into a hotel then Li Xiquan raped her. Once again it is card games, work meals, saunas, and getting rooms at hotels. The lives of public officials sure are comfortable.

The Disabled Persons’ Federation is the most niubi organization, no one dares to go mess with it, existing specifically to back up certain so-called disabled people! I’m definitely afraid now. Always saying this or that is discriminating against disabled people or hindering the careers/businesses of disabled people.

She had someone above her who could help her, but now this female official has missed a good opportunity for promotion. Looks like she hasn’t fully understood the unspoken rules of officialdom.

This news is simply representative of a typical hard day’s work for public servants.

This kind of thing happens every day, can you/we really do anything about it? Aren’t you tired [of caring/being angry]?

All men who have money and power will eat this kind of free lunch. That woman also, not going with her own husband yet still drinking so heavily and not knowing when to stop. What man in a bar/nightclub who sees this kind of woman doesn’t think she is a loose person? Who that often go to to bars/nightclubs doesn’t know this?

longjisanmau [网易广东省网友]:

This is one who is daring and willing to say something, but what about those who don’t dare to say something, those who are reluctant, or even those who are completely willing, how many are there? Government official corruption has gone too far!

9 out of 10 Chinese officials are like this eating, drinking, whoring, and gambling! Proficient in all four. These days, who dares to say they are a clean official? Who dares?
