A hotpot restaurant in Jinan is offering discounts to female patrons who wear mini-skirts. To qualify for a 20% discount, the measurement between knee and skirt must be at least 8cm, but those measuring 33cm or more can enjoy a 90% discount. Waiting staff perform the measurements in full view in the restaurant. One Netizen suggested the 90% discount be reserved for those “revealing” themselves, with free meals to those wearing no undies at all.
