Mr. Hong is shown asking for rescue, but doesn’t give any specific demands. One of his friends has indicated that the man in the video does look very similar to Mr. Hong, but more information is still needed to fully confirm. Netizens lay the blame on Mr. Hong and want to know why he went there if he knew the area was dangerous.
