Spoiled Child Slaps & Chokes Mother In Public For Toy

From NetEase:

Time: International Women’s Day [2009 March 8], 11:00

Setting: Temple

Characters: Loving Mother VS Disobedient Son

Incident: Mother and son, after visiting the Buddhist Temple, are on their way home. Darling son is crying and making a fuss demanding to buy a toy from a roadside toy stall. The mother scolds the son for wanting everything he sees and since there is no reason to buy an unnecessary toy, she refuses to buy.

1. In the midst of the crowd, suddenly see a child pulling his mother’s hand crying and making a fuss…

2. Mother: “You buy so many useless things to do what? At home there is a large pile I never see you play…”

Son: “I just want it, buy it for me!”

3. Mother: “Only liking these meaningless things, I will not buy it!”

Son: “Wu…even if refuse to buy, you must buy…wu…”

4. The son slapped the mother and then asked again: “Are you going to buy it or not?”

The mother was speechless…

5. Angry, the mother wanted to leave, but the son quickly pulled her. His voice softened but he continued to harass her.

The people around could only smile nervously.

6. The son suddenly used all his strength to pull at his mother’s hair to force his mother to give in.

The mother was speechless, the crowd was speechless, I was speechless.

(“Darling son, hurry and let go! So many people, give me some face okay?”)

7. Son: “Wu…I want, you will not buy it for me, I like it this much yet you will not buy it for me…wu…”

Mother: “Hurry and let go, it hurts…”

(Just what kind of toy is so fun? Incomprehensible.)

8. Son: “Such a cheap thing yet you will not buy for me, my schoolmates all have it, I want it…”

Mother: “I already bought a small chicken [toy] for you, you simply…” (did not hear clearly)

(“I will also pull your hair, ai ya! Had I known earlier, I would not have brought you to get such a short haircut yesterday…”)

9. Some company’s promotional girl came to break up the fight saying: “Little friend, what do you want? I will go buy it for you, okay?”

Son: “I only want my mother to buy! You get lost!!!”

Her face full of embarrassment, the pretty girl walked away.

(“You get lost” was something everyone heard very clearly.)

10. The son went crazy, reached out and grabbed his mother’s throat.

In the middle of the tussle…

11. Ai you! My god…

The mother’s face is bright red from being suffocated…

The son went mad: “Will you buy or not??”

Comments:

dayongcn:

This child is simply spoiled, and the parent is mostly responsible.

懒汉老伙计:

Pampered/spoiled. If my son did this, I would have long ago kicked his ass.

3.粥凉了

If it were me, a few slaps would be necessary.

松云新客:

To a child who lacks the necessary discipline, blindly giving in, excessive spoiling and indulging is actually the greatest harm to the child.

5.横眉冷眼

Materialism is too severe. This little kid looks like he should be 8-9 years old, if you do not teach him now it will be too late.
Why does he dare to hit his mother???
This probably has happened more than once or twice…the problem is very serious!!!

6.zgcld

No one to blame but herself, [disciplining the child is] the biggest responsibility of being a parent. From a certain level, that mother does not deserve sympathy.

我用左手:

What is wrong with children these days?
I remember when I was small and talked back to my parents, I would run around the streets trying to escape being beaten.

中國人民鼓掌:

Raise this child well, and he has the potential to become a city manager [a low level government employee that most Chinese feel only bully weaker people].

zh雅心_8899:

My daughter used to be like this all the time, refusing to leave if something is not bought for her. In the end, I and my husband would simply ignore her and leave. Seeing this, she would get scared and now she does not dare. Every time she says she wants something, if I am willing, I will buy, but if I do not want to buy it, I will simply say this thing has no use if we buy it and she will not cry of make a fuss if I do not buy it. She will also agree and say buying this will be a waste of money.

chrisia.chen:

That parent buying for him in the end is a very unwise decision.
The parent giving in like this in the end communicates to him: As long as I do this, I can get what I want.
In the future, similar things will definitely occur.

安妮家的基金:

That mother in the end did not stay firm. As long as she remained firm, the next time the son would no longer be able to do this.

尚可呼吸:

So Sad! Truly speechless. It seems in Chinese culture, there can be no shortage of sticks [punishment is necessary]!
Us 80s generation should not count on the next generation to take care of us, so just fulfill your duty to our children!
Continue having less but better children, and do not put a lot of hope on the next generation.

咚咚呛!:

Just looking at the mother I can tell they are not well-off! Please note that pair of very old shoes. The son, however, is very “neat and beautiful” [newer clothes]. [You can see that he] is usually spoiled. Disobedient son, loving mother…

huang82921:

Some households that favor sons over daughters, upon giving birth to a boy treat it like an emperor, no one willing to punish/teach him a lesson, what a tragedy!

ken2004i:

This kind of little child, during the Japanese invasion period, would definitely have been another traitor!

xd.yang2006:

This bastard adult has cultivated yet another bastard for society!

lpnew:

If I were the one selling the toys, I would simply refuse to sell it to him.

Interesting article! I deal with a lot of these kids first-hand, so I can vouch for a lot of the stuff I read in there being true.

      • Gkette

Are you f**king kidding me? I don’t know how you teachers do it. I’m just so glad I wasn’t there b/c I’d have probably ended up interfering and smacking the little bastard then telling his mum repeat as needed…

  • Yong

Not to be proud of the culture of corporal punishment in Korea but this kid would’ve got a public beating from onlookers for abusing his own mother.

    • Phobe Lexx

And then that kid will grow thinking that beating and hitting children (his own and possibly others) is a proper way of raising children.

dumb and stupid. Back to the Public School Prison for you darling..

      • Yong

I said it’s not to be proud of. Did you not understand my statement? I was stating the cultural differences between Korea and our neighbor, China.

      • Chris

That kid will grow up into an adult who knows that hitting, choking and pulling hair will get him his own way.

It doesn’t matter that his mother is too soft to hit him – he will hit his own children, his wife, and his parents as well when he is grown up. That kid is not going to learn to be mature – he has no respect for his mother and he never will.

  • ST

That a child would even get to this point says a lot about the poor job the mother must have done. She lost a lot of face but it seems she may have deserved to lose it.

    • Phobe Lexx

Not not mention how uncivilized/animal like that society has become. And people wonder why we have wars? Grown up children who beat their own children. One must ask the question “How did Mao Ze Dong’s parents raise him? What did they do to instill so much hatred for mankind in him? Humiliation, Manipulation, and Institutionalization create the criminals and psychopaths we see everywhere in society today.

      • Hello

No offense Phobe, but you are not making sense. You seemed to be totally against the idea of just a small beating, to instill the concept of “punishment” into the children’s mind. When children are young, they do not know how to look at the same matter with another perspective no matter how many times you teach them, thus punishments are needed to allow them to build up stimuli that doing X causes bad punishment as children are too young to understand the concept of moral/logic/point of view, etc (I think it was the famous psychologist, John Watson, who found that no matter how you push a child to understand these, they just won’t until they reached to a certain point in life/age).

So there is nothing wrong with a small beating. I think you have the concept of domestic voilence and small beating as punishment mixed up. No one here is actually telling the mom to “kick his ass” as if beat him up till he’s half dead (they are all saying that, but what they meant is something else), all they meant was to “slap” some sense into the child.

And honestly, how will it be uncivilized when small beatings are not allow as a punishment? To me it’s ten times more uncivilized to let the child do what he/she wants, such as disrepecting parents or any elders (like in this case). These people who disrespect people, who cannot see other’s point of view, are truely the ones who cause war and violence. If they see the bad side of beating/violence from experience, usually, from research, the chances of them being abusive is a lot less. On the other hand, kids like this, who disrespect others, are usally the one who becomes more violent.

So you chose, between no small punishment (beatings, etc.) which you called uncivilized, or let the children run around and disrespect others, which will only cause more problems.

And no to your point about Mao creating any sorts of crinimals. If your point/theory holds true, then there must had been ZERO number of criminals before Mao, since he’s the one who caused it. What Mao did was installed the idea of communism into play, but failed due to corruption of everyone as everyone is greedy. Communism is the best ideal world to live in. No competitions, thus no war/conflict, everything were shared, and etc. But it’s only an ideal world as humans tends to be greedy (sadly), thus I really do not get your point about Mao being instill of hatred. He was hoping of the best for Chinese back then when he was “still young”. He wanted peace in China, and that was when he read up on Karl Marx’s Communism concept and thought it was the best way to do it (too bad Karl Marx didn’t understand economics, thus didn’t know free trade would actually be more beneficial, thus Karl Marx came up with the close market theory instead, which led to slower developement in Communism countries). So from this, please explain to me why would you think Mao was full of hatred when he was young? I am pretty sure that 90% of the world would love it if Communism works, but because it doesn’t due to humans ourselves, thus no one likes it anymore, compared to back in the days when it first came out (John Lenon even wrote Imagine based on Karl Marx’s theory). As I said, explain to me how Mao’s “initial” idea was to bring hatred and war to the world please. Because from what I understood about Communism, it was meant to bring peace/love/happiness/fairness and equality to the people, and not hatred. But I have to admit, Mao later was corrupted by power, thus became bad. But his initial motive was no where near evil, thus his up bringing, whether or not he was beaten, had nothing to do with it. On the other hand, Hitler had a tough life, and because of it, he hated the world. His initial motive was to take over the world. He wasn’t like Mao, who was corrupted later on due to power, Hilter had a bad motive to begin with.

        • Hello

Wasn’t John Watson, the psychologist I was talking about, it was Jean Piaget.

        • Chris

Just a small correction – Marx **did** know how dynamic Capitalism is. He would not have condoned a communist revolution in China because it had not been through a stage of Capitalist growth, and as such would not be developed enough to support Communism.

It was following the successful revolution in Russia that Russian Marxists created the idea of Communism in one country to justify their continued hold on power when Germany failed to fall to Communism. Mao was following the Russian example.

I’d beat the photographer with the bloody appendage I ripped off my disobedient son…

    • Nerbo

If she’s not going to scold her child she certainly won’t scold someone taking photos.

  • MsJ

This humiliating practice is also popular in Brittain.

    • Point my finger elsewhere!

  • Celkian

I thought they got more and more unbelievable Parapraxis. With the multiple hair pullings and choking. However the kid looks genuinely upset and it would be difficult for a kid to act so well. Whats unbelievable is the lady. She is like some sort of stupid monk.

    • http://www.cnreviews.com Kai

Yeah, it’s a little weird that the mother stood by and let her son do that to her in public but you’re right, the kid looks genuinely upset, crying, and being a little bitch.

That the mother isn’t flipping out and kicking his ass suggests she’s used to it, which by extension means she (and/or her husband) has fostered this kind of behavior and are now just putting up with it. Pretty tragic.

She may also be trying to ignore him or otherwise not responding more strongly in hopes that it won’t contribute to the scene he’s already making. It’s kinda like “keep making noise, kid, you’re gonna get it when we get home and I can whup your ass without anyone else interfering…” except I wouldn’t place my bets on this kid getting his ass whupped when he deserves it. Most kids who get their ass whupped when they deserve it wouldn’t behave like this over a fucking CJ7 (aStephen Chow movie) doll.

The fact that this takes place on International Women’s Day makes it all that much dubious. That said, it is believable given how little kids today are so bratty. I say lets bring back the 24 Stories of Filial Piety and teach these punks they should sacrifice for us old folks, not the other way around.

    • http://www.cnreviews.com Kai

It’s a Chang Jiang 7 Hao movie character toy.

      http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0940709/

I remember seeing Stephen Chow in the flesh when he was premiering the movie in Shanghai last winter. It was freaking cold, but it was cool seeing him. He’s pretty short.

      • Joe #2

        From your link:

        > Plot: A poor Chinese laborer learns important lessons after his son gets a strange new toy.

If that movie hadn’t been out for a year now, I’d wonder if they were trying to market it. Then again, this doesn’t seem like the sort of lessons people are supposed to learn from the toy.

And it does seem quite odd to have a toy from that sort of movie as the center of this incident…

  • Teacher in China

I agree it looks staged, the woman just looks too calm. Maybe that’s a face thing? She doesn’t want to appear upset at all or something?

I remember seeing a kid freaking out at the Paralympics here in September when the shuttle bus was taking too long arrive. He was there with his grandparents and he just wouldn’t stop demanding that bus arrive NOW!! I want it NOW!!! Like his grandparents could actually do something about it. It went on and on for like 15 minutes. I actually wanted to smack this kid in the head. Instead, I made as many rude comments in English as I could, and the staff eventually got so uncomfortable that they actually escorted the kid to the front of the line. That calmed him down. Then three shuttle buses arrived at the same time and we all got on anyways. The thing that gets me is how the grandparents just stood there and did absolutely nothing for the whole minutes. They didn’t even tell him to be quiet in a nice way. They just stood there and looked around. If I had done that as a kid, my dad (or granpa for that matter) would have beat me senseless.

  • Yang

Wonder if he would do that on mother’s day or to someone else in family (father grandmother/father) … but yeah this kid needs to be taught some respect!

Last month a video was posted on YouTube showing a Chinese woman screaming and shouting because she missed her flight.

Spoiled Chinese kids are a byproduct of a dysfunctional society. These kids will grow up to be China’s leaders of tomorrow.

    • http://www.cnreviews.com Kai

Not to excuse anything but it turned out that Hong Kong Airport lady was screaming and crying because she had missed the plane to go see her sister who was on her death bed. She was afraid she’d never get a chance to see her again.

I dunno about you, but I kinda felt much more understanding after hearing that.

Oh, and as real as Little Emperor syndrome is in China, it sounds like you’ve never watched MTV’s My Super Sweet Sixteen:

And the sad fact is that rich people’s children have a higher chance of becoming tomorrow’s leaders than the peasant’s child in this post.

    • Mike Fish

There’s a video now on youku, can’t find it now, but it shows a woman at a seaside restaurant in Hong Kong pitching a fit because they don’t have some fish she wants. I hope it’s just mocking the airport lady because it’s really similar and extra-bizarro.

      • http://www.cnreviews.com Kai

Yeah, saw that too. Here’s a link:

        http://buzz.youku.com/2009/03/16/mad-for-shark-fin/

Apparently, it was a viral video meant to raise awareness that fishing for sharks just to cut off their fin is not so cool to the environment/ecosystem.

        • Mike Fish

Ahhh… beautiful! Nice way to make fun of people destroying the environment for their petty childish desires. I like.

  • JonnyD

Totally staged. The toy comes from the movie CJ7. Newer chinese childrens comedy movie. Has the amazingly hot (and busty) Zhang Yuqi in it.

Way too many different angles from different sides. The photographer must have been running laps around them in circles to get each side.

  • Tommy

Must look after our pension funds.

  • FangYao

the family education has huge problems in china now, especially for the single child police. As parents there is huge responsible for the kids. the love is treated by very superficial way. when children grow up, they are becoming careless, selfish, human trash.
soooo…sad… well the parents are also uneducated, what vicious circle…. this gonna hurt china for ages.

    • Phobe Lexx

Kudos to you sir for hitting the issue on the nail.

  • http://www.cnreviews.com Kai

I don’t think it was staged because, like Celkian said, the kid would be acting WAY too realistically.

I also don’t think we need to suspect it being fake just because the photographer isn’t using a camera phone. It looks like an event where its likely that someone or another would have brought a regular camera to take snapshots.

I agree though that it does seem odd the money isn’t the least bit embarrassed or bothered that someone is taking pictures of this happenining. Maybe she’s just resigned herself to it since everyone’s already watching anyway. The story does seem to say she wants to leave but the kid is holding her there, further compounding her embarrassment.

The police officers seemed pretty far away, and they may not have gotten involved over a mother fighting with her bratty son…though if I were them, I would’ve put the fear of police authority into that punk.

    • Name

I agree that the kid seems to be genuinely upset but the moms got atleast a foot on the kid, she could easily have just picked him up and carried him away, especially after the kid slapped her. I’ve seen parents drag their kid out of toy stores by the arm kicking and screaming for less. I saw that a long time ago but still, her lack of response is very weird when most Chinese parents have no problems with spanking or more

      • http://www.cnreviews.com Kai

LoL, height isn’t everything. It’s like that saying: “It isn’t about the size of the dog in the fight, it’s about the size of the fight in the dog.”

As others have said, maybe she’s so used to the kid being such a punk she doesn’t even bother trying. It really could be that tragic. Or, as I said, maybe she’s just trying (in vain) to not make it a bigger scene. Who knows.

The kid actually looks kinda heavy. I don’t know about her picking him up and carrying him away.

I’ve seen my fair share of Chinese parents putting up with a spoiled kid and Chinese parents laying down the law here in China, so maybe that’s why I actually don’t find the mother’s reaction to be that suspect. Its far easier for me to suspect that she’s just doing a poor job parenting than this entire sequence being staged. Shrug, that’s just my opinion based upon my experiences witnessing what I have.

    • omg

There’s something surreal about this pic:

After what you did for the last post, it shut up a lot of people who previously and unreasonably insisted to high hell that the story was obviously fake nonsense, slamming anyone who dared question their judgement.

It’s a good thing for you to seek out more information and try to find the truth of any matter.

That’s just disturbing on every level. I’ve often seen little ones crying and screaming for candy and toys, but this boy is not a toddler! Hurting his mom is insane!

  • Samael

how does someone manage to just stand there and take all those pictures??

  • The John

Well, all I can say is…

When I was young, I really wanted a batman toy. It was from the first major batman motion picture. It was a while ago. I went to the store with my family. I believe I was 8 at the time. I grabbed on to my mom a pleaded with her to buy me the toy. I begged for it with all the strength in my soul. She said no and I persisted. Do you know what happened? My mother pulled out the batman toy and smacked the hell out of me. I have a permanent batman symbol engraved into my face and I still shit pieces of her shoe even today. I never begged again.

I don’t think that chidren deserve a beating on something. But, they DO NEED PUNISHMENT. Chinese are really interesting. Not all, but some of them are forgetting their traditions. For example, there is a chinese saying when it comes to children, “If you don’t stop it the first time, it will become a habit and by then it’s too late.” Its from a famous chinese book and child rearing. The book is not perfect, but when it was true, it was damned true.

I think this is really sad for China. The country was nearly bankrupt not too long ago. The older generation had to work together and not expect too much from life. Because, their hardwork, we have the great country of today. The future generation seems to have forgotten this. But, it is the older generation that failed to cultivate this. Maybe, they never wanted the young to suffer the pains they went through. But, it is those exact pains that makes China great today.

  • Matt

Whole time i was saying please don’t do it, but sure enough she bought the damn thing. Nothing a backhand couldn’t have fixed.

      Hahahahaha… talk about late term!

  • Truth Hurtz

Education without discipline is not a complete form of education. Discipline is another way of saying enforcement which is evidently lacking nowadays in Chinese society. These helicopter parents / grandparents need to understand loving them is one thing but swing to extremes and allowing the child to take your authoritative pedestal is down right another. That is not love but rather re-enforcing his / her stubborness, lack of respect and patience to the parents.

Too much of ANYTHING can be a bad thing.

the more i look at the pictures the more i feel sad, Mum looks really dont know how to deal with this kind saturation, i am sure she loves her son more than herself. but the way to use her love is totally wrong. it is helpless in her eyes, but the story is not finished and the nightmare just start…
Chinese government really need introduce some systems to help the single children parents who are uneducated.

  • Max

One child policy… this is what happened… the next generation of Assholes are raise up this way…

  • Final Word

Come on guys this is sooooo obvious.

The child was trying to stop the mother from spending their family’s measly income on toys!

Look at her. She looks like she would like nothing better than a fluffy green toy to cuddle up with. He was trying to stop this wasteful vice but capitulated in the end.

The umbrella she’s got is awesome.

You know what… i have another theory. This is all a ploy by the toy company to highlight how good this toy is. Damn it, who do i have to choke to get my hands on of these.

Viral marketing is everywhere! Even these toy sellers at a temple fair do it now.

    Four slaps.

One for the kid, which looks to be way overdue.
One for the mother, who needs some sort of lesson in parenting.
One for the dim-bulb ‘pretty promotional girl’, for getting involved in a family argument, and for undermining the parents authority (such as it is).
And one for the photographer, who captured this woman’s discomfort for posterity, and then posted on the internet.

  • colin

As someone who deals with children here in China I can say, this is nothing new, almost all the children in the city are like this. The parents don’t give a shit. Animals.

  • ziziyo

kids raised in western societies aren’t any better

    what’s with the hateful comments?

sounds like you people have your own insecurities

  • VeerLeft

1)Ziziyo, you have no clue. The occasional white mommy is scared to discipline her turdy little offspring, but most will make the kid behave….and DEFINITELY not buy the toy.
    2) As for smacking the photographer…why? People in this country are ALL about photographing people, posting videos, human flesh search engines etc… so let them suffer. I will record every stupid, embarrassing, illiogical thing that I feel like recording and legally there is SFA y’all can do.
Just like you have done to me.

    • http://www.cnreviews.com Kai

I think the crux of ziziyo’s comment was:

      what’s with the hateful comments?

I’m not sure if you noticed (but I’m guessing not enough to feel uncomfortable) but more than a few idiots elevated this incident of spoiled brat/Little Emperor syndrome into a proof of Chinese “genetics” or the entire Chinese race being “animals”.

      • Capt.Absurdity

        They people are right.

They are the most enlightened beings in the universe.

It would serve you good kai by listening to these enlightened ones.

        • ziziyo

you are clearly insecure about your own genetic prowess since you do not even know the difference between “they” and “those”

There was a study done by some BRITISH scientists about the general intelligence of the populations of the world

guess what? The east Asians (Japan, Korea, and China) were the highest

          • Capt.Absurdity

Thank you ziziyo for hero worshipping Capt.Absurdity.

          • http://www.cnreviews.com Kai

Whoa whoa…okay, before this gets out of control, I also want to point out that there was also a study that showed those same East Asians have smaller average penises too.

Is there an inverse correlation between intelligence and schlong size between races?

Look, let’s avoid arguing about racial intelligence or magnitude of dongage. It only serves to make you look like a uncouth asshole. Let’s try to focus on the merit of each statement and argument itself. Don’t substitute claims of racial superiority in one or another category for making a good argument. Just because someone has a massive cock doesn’t mean his idiotic comments are any less idiotic.

            Cool?

        • ziziyo

k you are obviously an insecure troll/retard with some kind of Chinese fetish. I will put you in the same category as fcuk da lu ren and ignore you from now on

    • ziziyo

you are using pictures of ONE misbehaved boy to make generalization about all Chinese children

what about that video of the spoiled 16 year old American girl who bitched and moaned because her mom gave her a Lexus with the WRONG color? Obviously one can use that video to make generalizations about how all Americans are spoiled brats right?

    • MsJ

This is the whinings of the kids who never experienced the glory of the CJ7 toy…

  • http://hellokitty.coolstart.nl/ Webbo

    Amazingly stupid woman…

  • krdr

There’s number of literal works about children cruelty. If kid is spoiled, there’s a big trouble. I wonder, what will happen when you put 30 “little emperors” in one room.

    • Suzie

      BATTLE ROYALE!!!

  • Adnan

Who thinks it is fake or stagged, he’s stupid, not a deep thinker and bad in maths, lolzzz. I’m serious.
One thing, when the photographer knew he will post these on internet, he will try to take as many different angles as he can and here because there wasn’t a close crowd so he got many angles, buddies!!
And you people who don’t belive can see, most of the pics are taken in ZOOM.
Second thing, the child wasn’t acting. I vote for “real thing happend” there rather than “stagged acting”.

And why the woman wasn’t reacting, many possibilities such as the boy don’t looks like he spends most of the time at home which makes him learn bad, insane things and on the other hand, his mom, “the loving” because she only got one n only one child, she may feel bad when he’s out there, waiting for him to see him, blah blah.
And about mom psyche, she doesn’t looks like a (:P) hard on children typo mom. Or it also makes me feel Mom’s husband isn’t good with his wife but the boy. So he don’t used to scold his lill’ buddy.

Child is getting more materialistic at this young age. ( He might become a threat to National Security at adult age).
These movies making immature, unprofessional citizens materialistic at young age , which demands doing as bad as they could to have a high fuckin’ status infront of other materialistics…
    That was a neutral VIEW.
NOw, bystanders should have at least scold him, the girl trying to help was ” a good idea but not thoroughly judged” , People are seeing a child “fckin’ choking, slaping n hurting his mom, he shouldn’t be treated good for the first time. ATLEAST they should have freed the mom and child, but what to do, folks. Its called CHINA. Nobody in the last generations dares to help each other. I even read an article where a person helping a fallen old lady was sued by that old lady. ROFL!!

    • innocent bystander

Look, the kid wanted the toy all to badly.

The mother failed to see the seriousness of his desire.

  • amerikkkan

    its a C4 toy idiots

  • One Tight Slap..

All he need is one good slap right under the ears, then a kick on his butts and a big punch on the nose.. and drag him home and tie him up with the rope and let him starve and cry until and unless he makes an apology.
And mom, do not obey what your child says.. I thought every Asian parents are like Rusell Peters’ dad.
